On Friday, August, 23, award-winning products were announced at the 13th Kids Design Award, which recognizes outstanding products, spaces, services, and research activities. iSandBOX was selected among the winning product entries.

Kids Design Awards (https://kidsdesignaward.jp) is a contest implemented by Kids Design Association, which promotes children’s safety, security, healthy growth and development, and recognizes outstanding product designs, services and research activities that cultivate children’s creativity and sensibility, and contribute to comfortably raising children. The Program is sponsored by the Japanese government’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Cabinet Office and Consumer Affairs Agency.

This time, the number of applications related to childcare and education facilities, products and services increased. The participants included not only companies across Japan, but also various groups such as local governments, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, etc. iSandBOX was among the few foreign participant projects.

We are grateful to our Japanese partners for their victorious initiative. Digital Garden Inc. with Mr. Daisuke Fujihara as the project leader represent iSandBOX in the Land of the Rising Sun. Thanks to efforts and great support of our partner, iSandBOX became one of the winners of the yearly Kids Design Award. We are proud of our product, which once again received an international acknowledgment.
